USAGE CHARACTERISTICS
This machine is used in the production of starch, for protein separating, concentration or process fluid clarification, is mainly applicable to the starch production plant with capacity 30000ton annually or more. Also can be used for chemical, pharmacy, bioengineering, grease separation or clarification.
Structure Features : Washing water or the process fluid enters into the bowl from top part, not from lower part through shaft like traditional separator, it has the advantage of easy operation, stable structure and low power consumption.Drum set adopts the scratches preventing technology, in case of the nozzle clogging drum set to effectively prevent drum set scratching the machine body, machine case and paring disc pump, to make sure the safe running and avoid accident happened. There is a mounting hole on the machine body, when only several (normally 1—2 pcs) nozzles blocked, to stop the machine immediately and remove the blocked nozzles from mounting hole to get the same washed, then can quickly recover the drum separating effect, without having to disassemble the drum set for washing, to save working time and reduce the labor intensity of the operators.
It has the real-time monitoring system for supervising the nozzle plugging, oil temperature, rotating speed and machine vibration problems, to make sure the machine work longer and safely.
